Job Description
In order to support the IT-Clients
of InterGlobe Technologies, we are looking for a candidate who can
enhance our standing by helping us identify, win and execute cutting
edge projects within these customer accounts
Main responsibilities:
Own customer relationships and be responsible to Account forming and Account growth.
Responsible for Customer satisfaction
Interface and work transparently with IT Delivery Team to promote solutions and manage customer expectations
Help extrapolate experience gained in one customer organization across multiple customer accounts
To
work with senior client representatives and directly influence the
strategic direction of key IT-accounts, thereby increasing the annual
revenue.
-Excellent presentation skills and manage key client relationships at Senior Executive level
-Excellent business development skills and commercial acumen and Results orientated.
Move relatively small IT-accounts to a mid-size account level; and
should be able to convert a mid-size account to its full-potential.
‘Account-farming’
skills should include up-sell/cross-sell and should come naturally. The
candidate should have the self-confidence to push boundaries and
venture into new technical and functional-areas.
Adept at handling of difficult situations (Eg. client-escalations); client expectation-management; attrition management.
Working
with the client team to ensure financial parameters on the account
(Margins/EBITDA) is delivered in line with the companies goals.
Other responsibilities:
Ensure smooth and timely processing of invoices and accounts receivables from the respective accounts
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience: -
Experience of 8 to 12 years with good oral communication
IT-domain experience in Travel, Transportation & Hospitality (TTH)
industry. With background in consulting before would be useful
Number driven professional who is also relationship oriented and can work in team
