Job Description
1.Responsible for managing the Project design and construction of projects.
2.Managing, and supervising contractors at site on engineering aspects and liaison with architects, subcontractors, consultants, coworkers and clients.
3.Managing budgets and other project resources.
4.Ensuring that the project runs smoothly and that the structure is completed within Schedule & cost.
5.Correcting any project deficiencies that affect the project, conducting quality checks and safety requirement
6.Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.
7.Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. B.E. ( Civil ) with 8 to 10 years of experience in handling hotel / hospitality projects .
