Job Description
'h Diagnosing current systems and processes in Collections environment
'h Work with managers and teams to uncover and assess process improvement opportunities
'h Preparing a training need analysis based on current scripts and effectiveness of implementation of Collector Effectiveness module
'h Assess various motivation techniques by listening to calls with debtors and understanding smokescreens used by debtors
'h Conceptualizing ,developing scripting and courseware in line with the Principles of Influence to enhance Collector Effectiveness module
'h Effectively evaluate implementation of scripts, reassess and continually update / upgrade / improve scripts for better delivery of results by collectors
'h Work with the Six Sigma team to develop and implement script improvements utilizing statistical tools and Six Sigma strategy
'h Assessment for training and development, including both structured methodologies and psychodynamic methodologies; including psychometrics, team development, including professional facilitation and evaluation of performance.
'h Formulating hypotheses and collecting data to test their validity.
'h Collating information by administering personality, performance, aptitude, or intelligence tests and through observation, interviews, questionnaires, clinical studies, and surveys.
'h Applying psychological principles and research methods to the workplace in the interest of improving productivity

Desired Candidate Profile
A Doctorate in psychology. Specialization in occupational preferred
'h 10+ years experience in counseling, psychometric content development, training etc
'h Knowledge of MS VOffice
'h Excellent written and Verbal communication skills
'h Cross Cultural exposure preferred
