1. Liaisoning with the various Government bodies for permissions and licenses required for smooth operations of the store
2. Handling local purchases of materials for maintenance as and when needed
3. Ensures that optimum stock levels are maintained by all the departments through an efficient ordering system
4. Develops systems to control pilferage / shoplifting
5. Oversees the outsourced functions of Housekeeping
