Job description:
Overall Management of the Civil function.
Manage the activities at site including planning, execution and review of contractor's performance.
Red flagging in case of delays and unresolved issues with respect to time and cost.
Oversee construction quality.
Ensure overall project completion as per schedule and cost.
Skills:
Candidate must possess at least a diploma or Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
At least 20 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants should be Indian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably from Middle Management specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Ex- Serviceman who have worked in civil projects & have retired after short service - long service commission will be given preference.
