-Head EPC - Mechanical Work for Thermal Power Plant. Project Planning, Scheduling, Contract Finalization,
Execution, Monitoring, Timely completion of Project
-Conceptualizing the green field project from sketch to delivery.
Project planning
-Deep understanding of equipment sourcing & Negotiation skills for reducing the cost of project
-Implementation and execution of mechanical erection of units apart from overseeing the civil activities
-Regular progress review with all agencies responsible to complete the project within time bound schedule
-Sound knowledge of global and domestic vendors
-Man power allocation, tap all the desired resources needed and provide leadership to entire project team
-Closely co-ordinate with finance and commercial heads
-Prepare commissioning documents & checklist for commissioning activities
-Fabrication of mechanical structures, installation & testing of mechanical systems like Raw material handling system, boilers, turbines & auxiliary |

Skills:
|
BE/B. Tech Mechanical/Civil/ Electrical with min. 12-20 yrs exp. in Project Management or Engineering or Tendering of Hydro/Thermal Power Plants. The candidate must have gone through a life cycle of a Hydro Project and should know the details/ requirement of execution.
-Experience in Plant/Site Work for Thermal Power Plants-EPC Project Planning, Scheduling, Contract Finalization, Execution, Monitoring.
-Fabrication of mechanical structures, installation & testing of mechanical systems like boilers, turbines & auxiliary, RMHP
-Cost Engineering, Engineering Design and Construction for Power Plant.
-National and International industry standards in power plant engineering.
-Vendor base for providing services in power plant design and construction.
-Policies, Procedures and guidelines for contracts and material.
-Project Planning and Management.
-Power Generation process, from fuel procurement to dispatch from plant.
