The Solution Engineering position covers a strong blend of business strategy, technical engineering design and construction and the need to have very strong presales style selling skills in the domain of Security and Identity Management. One of the key drivers for the role is an understanding of Risk Management from both and business and technical standpoint, as well as the need to create strategies and roadmaps for transformation of customer environments and to map these to Oracle and non-Oracle products â covering Applications and Technology - in order to win business and address customer needs. |

Skills:
|
* 5+ years of experience in the architecture, design and implementation of mission critical business applications using Object Oriented methodologies.
* 3+ years of hands on experience in implementing systems using Java, JSP, Servlets, JMS, JDBC and other Java EE technologies
* 3+ years of hands on experience in implementing identity management solutions using Oracle Identity Manager (Xellerate), Oracle Access Manager and LDAP
* Development experience with more than one Java EE-compliant application servers in a clustered environment
* Development experience with at least one RDBMS; preferably Oracle
* Participated in at least 2+ full life cycle web development projects with Java EE
* Capable of modeling business requirements using UML.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal direction
* Must have a positive and a can-do attitude
* Must be able to effectively and professionally communicate with management, staff and customers as well as demonstrate sound judgment and reasoning skills |
