Job description:
|
Provide technical support and leadership in a complex mission critical SAP environment. Ensure components supported are maintained, optimized and used effectively. Provide day to day operations support and on a rotational basis 7x24 on call pager support. Work with other domains to establish implementation plans for changes, projects and backup and recovery. Involved in full cycle development, deployment to go-live. Manage/consult on the architecture and design of hardware and software within the client(s) environment. Provide solution options and create high availability designs. Forecast technology requirements based on client 's needs. Provide SAP expertise on the customer engagement team. Provide mission critical consulting services. Develop, mature and ensure compliance of technology standards and solutions. Map customer requirements to specifications. |

Skills:
|
Post-secondary education in Information Systems ore related field of studies. Experience and knowledge includes SAP Modules like Finance, Production planning, Material managment,Sales and distribution,Qulaity management,Plant maintenance, Human capital managment, ABAP, Java development, Business Intelligence, Enterprise portal, Intergration technologies. Experience formulating overall strategies and operational solution design and strategic and tactical planning process. Experience with internal and external partners. Professional verbal and written communication skills. Strong consulting skills. Leadership qualities: integrity, attention to detail, deadline oriented, goal oriented and a motivator. Ability to interface with all levels of staff. Ability to interface with all levels in clients organization. |
