job description:
People management as well as process control are the keys to sound financial management.
You'll lead a financial and accounting staff to deliver accounting data and financial information to management decision makers, accurately and on time.
You'll direct the development, implementation and administration of financial planning, reporting and transaction processing systems and procedures.
Responsibilities increase from supervisor level where you'll lead the daily work of an assigned team, through first management level where you'll be in charge of a specialist discipline, to second level management where you'll manage work groups, drive finance programs and control profit for a business entity. |

Qualifications: CA / ICWA / MBA / Post Graduate in Commerce
Industry: Financial services Industry / BPO / KPO
Experience:
1) 6 - 12 years of overall experience in Finance and Accounting
2) Strong experience in F&A Domain into AP/AR/GL
3) 3 - 4 years of experience in BPO/KPO into F&A
4) Strong client interaction / SLA Management / Leadership skills
5) Good people management skills
6) Powerful verbal / written / presentation / facilitation / communication / relationship building /social networking skills
7) Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic and challenging environment.
