Basic Responsibilities and Objectives Include: · Review Service Requests (SRs) and trouble tickets in Help Desk ticket management tool · Adhere to all architectural and security standards when resolving issues or providing new services · Provide proactive recognition and correction of network related problems · Monitor the SR approval process to meet response targets and established Service Level Agreements · Liaise with other functional groups to progress SRs and Incidents through the workflow process · Perform changes on the Security devices required to support disaster recovery testing and live disaster events · Recommend product upgrades, patches and other general security measures to increase protection and ensure business continuity · Review and maintain all security logs.
Position requires in-depth understanding of - Firewalls, VPN, Proxy, Reverse Proxy, RSA, Active directory, URL Filtering softwares, Content Filtering, Messaging Security. |
