Should have managed a team of 10-15 people for at-least 1+ years
Should have been actively involved in Process and Operations Management (which includes Reporting, SLA management, QA and query resolution)
Should be good at managing client and internal relationships
Should have a Graduation / Post Grad in Commerce Stream
Should have min 5+ years of exposure to Retail Banking back end processes
Should have Good Communication (written and verbal) and Comprehension skills in English
Should have exposure to MS Office Applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc)
Should be willing to work as per client shifts
Should be willing to travel |
