• Responsible for meeting all productivity and service level agreement targets
• Responsible for driving the business reviews within the company and with the client
• Communicate and maintain relationships with client subject matter experts to enable exchange of technical and business process information
• Be directly responsible towards fostering the development of your team by motivating them and ensuring career advancement and a long-lasting and fruitful relationship of the team with the Company through timely & constructive feedback and counseling
• Maximize revenues
• Support long and short term financial projections
• Responsible for undertaking continuous process improvement activities/ projects
• Hold team meetings on a regular basis with the direct reports
• Communicate all process and client changes to direct reports within specific timeliness
• Provide hands-on assistance to your team in case of issues, both, through direct intervention and mentoring
• Provide the necessary training and knowledge sharing on an ongoing basis to the team
• Monitor and reduce Absenteeism and attrition |

Skills:
|
Should be a graduate but Post Graduates preferred from management background or with very good industry experience.
Additional qualification in Policy Admin Insurance is desirable.
Additional Qualities: Should be good at crisis management with respect to the process as well as people management. Should be able to make sound judgment on people related and process related matters
Experience:
• Minimum of 8 years with at least 3 years in Supervisory role with relevant experience in Policy Administration.
• Should have handled a Team size of 50 or more
