>) Will be coordinating with Onsite BA Team and with Product Manager.

>) Strong understanding of Retail & Commercial banking products, processes and banking system
>) Must have Flow-chart visualization and process proficiency
>) Ability to gather requirements and facilitate with end-users
>) Should be a team Leader and a god team player with the ability to work with businesses in multiple countries and the technical teams to deliver quality systems.
>) Excellent oral and written skills
>) Highly organized with extreme attention to detail
>) Working knowledge of basic web-based GUI design considerations and practices .
