Need a Good Looking Female Fashion graduate(Fresher) who has minimum knowledge in women's wear and kids wear for an upcoming boutique in Hyderabad, Andhrapradesh..
Responsibilities : "You will be the Whole & Sole responsible Person to manage the Boutique individually and assist the management with the following Skill sets":

If you are selected for the position, you can start working with us from Nov 2009 involving personally in setting up the boutique with your innovative thoughts, Sourcing the material required for the boutique and follow up the interviews for the remaining staff of the boutique along with the management. |

Required skills
*Candidates should be Confident and should have Good Communication skills in Telugu, English and Hindi
*Customer service and Customer Retention skills are most important for the job. *Maintaining Good Relation with the Customers right from taking the Order to Delivering the Material.
*Should be Able to Interact with the customers and understand their design needs
*Motivating the customers with the new designs in the market
*Should be able to take Body Measurements for women’s wear and kid’s wear as per the Design Specs Provided by Customers
*Transferring the Design Specks to the Sewing Section
*Basic Knowledge about Fabrics, Designs, Weaves and Embroidery
*Should be Assisting the Management in Sourcing different Types of Fabrics
*Should work closely with the management with innovative thoughts in developing the Business.
*Candidate holding a diploma with any of the fashion institutes preferred.
*Note: Additional work hours may be required initially for a span of 6 Months.Candidate .who has a Drive of Fashion , Good in customer service and customer retention, hard working and deserving candidates are assured a hike in the salary with in 6 months of the job starting date.
