Respond to all leads generated through the marketing campaigns and effectively manage these leads based on their interest and requirement
a. Handle all customer inquiries related to Oberoi Realty’s projects received through various mediums like phone, email and website.
b. Capture the customer details and requirement and create a lead profile in Sell. Do software.
c. Determine eligibility of the lead by comparing availability with the customer’s requirement and accordingly make follow-up calls to interested clients.
d. Provide prospects with all relevant details of the projects and send brochures by email.
e. Convince the customer to visit the site and schedule site visits for interested customers. Keep track of these leads and update actual site visits.
f. Assign follow-up calls to the sales team in case customer wants more sales specific detail. Keep track of these leads and record the outcome based on feedback from sales.
g.Coordinate with the sales team at regular intervals to get updates on the availability and pricing details for the projects.
h. Maintain and improve call quality by adhering to call scripts and use of positive statements.
i.Provide the finest customer experience during all the conversation and aim at the customer delight.
j.Maintain a proactive approach in order to resolve customer queries and provide the best resolution on calls.
k. Maintain brand standards and consistency across all calls and responses to customers
2. MIS and Reporting
a. Prepare a call report on a daily basis with number of leads received source-wise & sub-source wise, site visits scheduled and follow-up calls made. The report is sent to the HOD with a summary of the same.
b. Prepare a call report on a monthly basis with number of leads received source-wise & sub-source wise, site visits scheduled and follow-up calls made. The report is sent to the HOD with a summary of the same.
c. On a monthly basis data enter the customer feedback forms received from the CEC and prepare a presentation on the analysis of the same.
3. Additional Activities:
a. Online market intelligence gathering, as and when needed and especially before the launch of particular project
b. Newspaper tracking, done on a daily basis
c. Customer feedback analysis on a monthly basis
d.Other additional calling activities (E.g. Elite Club, Possessions etc.) as and when needed
