Your Role and Responsibilities
Who you are:
Sales and Business Development Manager – will be responsible for
He / She is expected to interact at the CxO level across multiple businesses at a rapidly growing Conglomerate
Build a relationship with identified client accounts
Have a good understanding of the Inside Sales of ERP, Cloud Sales, Sofware Sales, with extensive working experience in one of the International Market.
Work with client to shape the opportunity
He/she will develop the market along with a team of experts across multiple Service Lines and offerings that GrowEsy has to offer to the market.
The lead sales person on all client engagements and is responsible for the overall sales efforts
Large Account Management & experience in closing complex high-value sales in a high-reaching?? environment.
He/she should have an in-depth understanding of the client’s business, goals, strategies and industry trends and directions.
What you’ll do
The Business Sales and Delivery Executive in this role will have the experience and knowledge to support both the sales of new business opportunities and the delivery of services to clients.
He/she should understand large and complex services engagements in their area of expertise, including the appropriate methods and skills needed to solve business problems in the client’s industry.
Establish strong, trusted relationships with clients through their ability to articulate solutions and other areas of GrowEsy used in the delivery of complex services.
Identify new business opportunities, creatively participate in the development and sales of solutions, and assist GrowEsy’s in winning the business.
When not participating in sales activities such as new business development or bid and proposal activity, they support and lead billable client activities within their area of practice and participate in related Sector, Solution, or Community activities.
Accountable for the financial success of engagements directly managed, as well as the generation of services revenue with the sales of new business.
Value Proposition to customers at CXO (CFO, CMO, CIO & CEO) level to build deeper client relationship
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Over 15-17 years of working experience
Good understanding of cognitive technologies/AI/Advanced analytics/Big data/Automation/mobility/cloud/ Industry 4.0/ IOT
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
IT Sales, Cloud Sales, ERP Solutions and Digital Marketing Sales Experience Will Be Preferred.
