Duties and Responsibilities
SEO/Social media management
Look out for our existing organic keywords. Keeping track of our important pages and optimising it. Corrective actions if our ranking drops, learn from the strategies that got us here and implementing it.
Keyword planning and research – Plan our keyword strategy for next 30-60-120 days. Track quarterly ROI’s
Identifying the latest link building tactics and executing it. Example – skyscraper, resource, link roundup.
Knowledge of user engagement campaigns
Audit and Improve existing pages: Audit our existing landing pages, blog posts and optimize them for better positions and ranking.
Create landing pages and optimize user experience by collaborating with internal team.
Needs to have a Great research knowledge regarding keywords, link analysis / audit, and in-depth competition analysis etc.
Create and Manage link building activities
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration
YouTube :
YouTube uploads and optimisation
Oversee Audience development and Growth
Strategise to increase views, watch time and subscribers
Carrying out Ad Campaigns on the YouTube Channels.
Working closely with content creation, and social media teams.
YouTube analytics, content programming etc.
Maintaining record of uploaded videos which includes Metadata, creatives and other important details.
We expect you to constantly remain updated with latest SEO practices, new SEO tricks, hacks & tactics.
Requirements:
2+ years experience in SEO. Proven record of improving keyword positions on Google, Bing. Experience of working on YouTube channels
