How many working hours is compulsory in company?

I am working in an IT company. Our job timing is 9:00am to 7:30pm, is it good working hours and how many working hours is compulsory as per norms?

Yes, it is good working hours.


The work period arranged that inclusive of his intervals for rest, shall not spread over for more than 12 hours in a day.
