Vipul Worked in ABC company last 9 months, but suddenly he leaves the job without informing the company. Now what necessary steps should HR take?

As an HR, you may want to respectfully ask why the employee is leaving the job, as the answer could reveal problems within the company that needs to change. You ask them to rejoin and serving notice period. if he/she say no, check his/her bond is completed or not. If the bond is not completed, then you take action.
