What is the right way to get an HR manager job in a reputed company?

Hello Everyone,

I have 7 years’ experience as an HR executive. Right now I am looking for an HR manager job in a reputed company. Can anyone give guidance to me one the right way to get it?

You do have a great experience, I must say. Rather than going with the manager post, I think you should go step-by-step. After having hands on experience as an executive, you should first try going with Senior HR, then Assistant HR Manager. Once you have this experience, one can offer you a position of HR Manager.

You should sign up at various portals to make your CV widely available to get the better chance of immediate offers.
