Yes, freshers must need training, because freshers have no experience; they only have bookies knowledge about the market.


Training is a very helpful tool for sales and field work, because they understand the market situation and try to convince  customers. An employee will become more efficient and productive if they trained well. And well trained employees show both quantity and quality performance.
